We run a herd averaging 10-20 Cows plus calves. The herd is mainly to raise calves for beef. Belted Galloway Beef is very lean and fries up with little grease to drain. We sell beef live on the hoof, delivered to the processors. Buyer will pick up their packaged beef from Beutler's in Lafayette, IN. We sell it by the whole, half and quarters.
